The PBA has established an Executive Care Program to help Troopers and their family members navigate the health care system.  Our mission is simple, “To improve access to superior health care options for our members”.

Our State Trooper Surgeons program has established key relationships with nearly every major hospital in New York, as well as a few outside the state.  Over 3,200 medical providers partner with our health care navigation team to guide our members toward the best possible medical outcomes.  We strive to help members stay healthy and focused while on the job.

The medical professionals who join the PBA as State Trooper Surgeons, as well as the hospitals who become Preferred Medical Partners, do so because they care about New York State Troopers.  They are an invaluable resource and true part of our team.

All Troopers and family members have access to this service through an internal PBA website.  They may reach out directly to the Executive Care Coordinator or simply fill out the Executive Care Intake Form online to get the process started.  The PBA's State Trooper Surgeon team works to understand the needs of our members, contact our member providers or hospital liaisons, then offer medical options to resolve illness or injury as quickly as possible.
